Enable member profiles to be found via search option on own website and in turn other search engines

Enable direct search for members profile from website search option. At the moment a member profile is 'hidden' and canot be found via the search option on the website, it cannot be linked to directly to send electornically or to use for marketing purposes, it does not come up in a google search. Would be great to have the ability for associations to promote their members. One of our member benefits is the actual 'business directory' which is the member profile. At the moment this can only be utilised via the specific find/locate a member module.
