When a change is made to the Member Type in a parent, allow it to autopopulate linked child profiles

If a change is made to the member type (such as changed from Company Partner A to B), it would be great if all linked profiles were autopopulated. This works beautifully with the paid through date - if it is changed in the parent, the child profiles adopt the changed date.

At the moment, if a parent member type is changed, I have to change multiple child profiles manually.
