Activity Log Disapproval Process
Currently, when reviewing activity logs pending approval, selecting "Clear" (Disapprove) does not prompt the reviewer to provide a reason for the disapproval. As a result, a manual email must be sent to the member explaining the issue, and the member is then required to redo and resubmit the activity.
Proposed Improvement:
To streamline this process and improve communication, we recommend implementing a dialog box that appears when "Clear" is selected. This dialog should allow the reviewer to:
> Enter the reason for disapproval
> Provide guidance on what the member needs to do to correct and resubmit the entry
This enhancement would eliminate the need for separate email correspondence and ensure that members receive immediate, clear feedback within the system.
