Allow submitted forms to be emailed to more than one recipient.

A submitted form needs to be forwarded to more than one person so others can keep up to date with the responses. In addition it needs to be sent to another recipient outside of Membes so they can be made aware when a response is submitted.

You can't always assume someone is in Membes so it would be nice in another email platform to receive advise of a form submitted via Membes.
