Add CPD summary to Event Registrations page in Member Profile

When a member goes into their profiles to see what events they have registered for, if they could also see a summary of how many CPD points they have gained, it would be helpful so they can see at a glance how many other events they need to register for, to ensure they get the number of CPD points they need.
