Sort order Country Code in phone numbers

We are an organisation based in Singapore and most of our members are from Singapore as well. When entering a phone number, we can see that +61 and +64 are on top of the list, after which the remainder of the list is "alphabetical".

It would make sense always to have the organization's home country code show on top of the list, and the rest in "alphabetical order". So for an organisation in Singapore like us, +65 would show on top and the others (including +61 and +64 in sequence).
