Member Directory Pagination & Direct Contact

I’d like to submit two related feature ideas to improve the Member Directory experience and member engagement.1) Pagination / Extended Search ResultsCurrently, directory searches return a maximum of 40 results with no option to view additional matches. Adding pagination, “Next page”, or another browsing method would allow users to explore all relevant members and improve discoverability in larger communities.2) Direct “Contact Member” / “Connect” ButtonAdd an optional contact or connect button in directory listings that messages to the company admin for company profilesLinks to the individual member profile or an internal contact flow for personal profilesThis would encourage safe, platform-based member-to-member interaction without relying solely on visible email addresses or external links.
