Allow customisation of system text and labels

It would be really useful to be able to change the default wording used across the platform, like form labels and system messages, without touching the underlying code.

For example, this would let us change something like the system-level 'Organisation Name' to something like 'School/organisation name' (we are a school-facing org), or really just switch all the various system-level form labels from 'Title Case' to 'Sentence case' to better align with our style and accessibility preference.

I think this is referred to in we development world as a 'language override' feature. Having this option would help make the platform adapt across different users / use cases.
