Allow shop to display just GST-inclusive pricing

In the past our org has generally always just shown GST-inc figures across forms and products types for simplicity's sake, and left the GST breakdown to invoicing.

Membes' Membership form gives the option to 'Add GST' via the back end, which will show as a clean '$XXX (inc GST)'. However, currently the Shop feature is GST-ex by default and I'm told this cannot be changed. Events give you the 'add GST' option, but it seems to work quite differently to Membership; we end up with the ugly ex GST figs on the form.

So for a $200 inc GST product, different bits of the site would show this as:

Membership:
'$200.00 (inc GST)' twice on form, GST on invoice – perfect

Shop: '$181.81' unit price, and
'$181.81 + GST' total – not ideal

Event: '$181.81 + GST' – not ideal
'$181.81 ex GST | $200.00 inc GST' at bottom – fine

Ideally we could just have GST looking and working the same as Membership across all parts of the site (or at least have that option).
