Gender to be included as a Filter option

Occasionally, emails need to be sent to just one specific gender. At the moment, there is no way to do this from the Comms module using the in-built filters. The only way we can see to do this is to export a full listing of members to an Excel spreadsheet and manually filter out the specific Gender required, and then manually send an email from a normal email account client (ie. Outlook, etc.).

Please include Gender as an option in the in-built Filter system.
