Relationships - Allow child to view other members (when switching to parent profile)

Currently, a linked member can switch to the Parent Profile and view the parent record; however, they cannot see other members associated with that profile.
This functionality should be enhanced to allow a Key Contact to switch to the Parent Profile and view all linked members. At present, this requires logging in directly as the parent (typically the organisation profile), which is not practical for organisation membership.
