Ability to add extra text to show up on Certificates (from the actual event)

This is necessary to comply with the new mandated CPD reporting which all doctors require. The new requirements for mandatory reporting mean that the CPD needs to be split amongst the different kinds of CPD Categories (EA, MO, RP). If you added the ability to have specific text appear on the certificate (because I don't think the way the CPD module works copes with this yet) that would be a work around for the time being.
