Itemised Event Invoices
Event invoices currently only show a total, even though there may be several components to it. We get requests frequently for the invoices to be broken down by the component (ie registration and add on).

Dear Jodie, the invoice was not accepted by the RWAVE for the grant, as they stated that the amount is different from course cost, could you please send a breakdown of the invoice.

This is because it has added together the course cost and an add on, which means I need to export the invoice to acrobat and edit it, which is time consuming. -

CathYes !! This would be great as sometimes I do analysis on where money was spent and it's hard to work out when there is one lump sum.

NatYes - when we have our conference, the event is set up to register for main conference registration and you have a choice of 4 separate workshops you can attend at an extra cost - the person can select the options BUT when the invoice is generated it only has the one line item - the main conference - people get back and say either 'why have I been charged more' and 'where is the reference to the workshop/s I registered for' - invoices should detail what people have purchased.
