Ability to have a registration type which doesn't show on the rego form.

We often want to register faculty or VIPs, and have a separate rego type for them - maybe because they are FOC, or maybe because we want to be able to communicate with them separately. It would be good if there could be the ability to have rego types which don't appear on the website (ie be able to choose what rego types show or don't show).
