Don't allow double ups of registrations of events - or at least show a warning
We advertise our events numerous times, so some members forget they register - and so they register again. This causes time-consuming efforts in having to process refunds. The system should at least warn the registrant that they have already registered and ask if they want to register again.

Nick Pilavidis MergedWhen a second registration is attempted for the same profile/email address this should be prevented or at least a warning displayed.
Without this we are routinely required to provide refunds and/or have inflated registrations. Members are also frustrated as they expect this to be in place. -

BrookThis feels like it should be there out of the box...if emails are unique in identifying profiles then events should follow this rule.

Rach OCHi Team
Any idea on the timeframe for this development release?
We host bi-monthly webinars at a cost and every single event are required to refund someone as they have registered twice.
Time consuming and frustrating for all parties.
Our events are released months in advance and some members dont remember registering and re-register.
Looking forward to a reply with an expected timeframe.
Thanks
Rachel
