Include custom fields as merge options in emails.

Current emails can reference system emails %firstname% etc but we want to include some of the custom fields.

Would also be great for merge fields to be included in misc pagelets for payment instructions personalised join messages etc..

It would be great to be able to call these kinds of variables across the whole site to be honest. To be able to personalise a page for a logged in member, would be amazing.

I am thinking, being able to dynamically show them relevant content based on settings in their profile.
