Further integration with Mailchimp

To transfer more information than just the name and email address and to update details when changes are made in Membes.
Also to have the ability to add tags when adding them to Mailchimp via Membes.

Having "State" flow through to MailChimp is more important than any template integration back within Membes. This would allow us to use MailChimp more fully.
