Cap the number of linked employee profiles that can be linked to the organisation/parent profile

This would be great, as we have different levels of Corporate memberships (depending on the size of the organisation). So if they are a "C1", they should not have any more than 10 employees - but at the moment, they can have as many as they like, unless we manually audit them.
