Member-Only Attendee Visibility

It would be useful to have an option to display who has already signed up for an event. This is especially valuable for members, as it helps them see which other members will be attending: potentially encouraging them to register if they notice someone they want to meet.
To keep things member-exclusive, the attendee list should only be fully visible to logged-in members.
For non-members, the system could show a limited or blurred version of the attendee list (similar to GlueUp), so they know there is traction without revealing personal details.
This feature should be optional and configurable per event.
