Remove the automatically-included "Who Can Register? Anyone" line from event pages

This line is linked to the Members Only setting within the event configuration, so if you have this off, it displays as anyone can come. This does not work for events that are open to non-members but still invite-only. It is very confusing for invitees and causes difficulty when people who are not invited register. It prevents us being able to use the event system.
