Not charge GST to overseas registrants for webinars

Currently, you can only choose whether to charge GST or not at membership level (eg if members live overseas) - but all registrants still get charged GST for events, regardless of location.

Yes this is a must. If the system is managing overseas members, it is safe to say that they are going to attend events as well and wont want/need the GST as well.
