Add a custom recurring event feature to the website calendar

Some meetings occur at the same time throughout the year, such as the third Thursday of each month. It would save a lot of time if there were an option to create a recurring event (monthly, the third Thursday), so that we don't have to clone multiple entries and then manually enter the new date.
